What does Keepsday do?

Keepsday turns a photo you choose into a collectible-style digital fridge magnet. Your memories, notes, voice recordings, dates, and places remain on your device.

Why is my photo sent to a server?

When you start a creation, the selected photo is securely uploaded to the private object storage we use. Keepsday’s server then sends it through OpenRouter to Seed’s Seedream image model. Photos and generated results on servers and object storage we control are retained for up to 30 days from their respective upload or generation dates. Retention in third-party systems is described separately in the Privacy Policy; not every stage has zero retention or the same retention period.

How does the monthly subscription work?

The monthly plan includes up to 50 creations during each subscription period. The price shown by Apple at purchase is the price you will be charged. Unused creations do not carry over to the next period.

Do failed creations or results I dislike consume a creation?

Queued and processing tasks temporarily reserve a creation. One creation is consumed only after the server successfully generates and saves the result. A confirmed server-side generation failure releases the reservation without consuming it. Downloading the same result or retrying on-device processing does not consume another creation; a new successful generation does. Disliking a result, choosing not to save it, or deleting it does not automatically restore a creation. Contact us about technical failures or counting errors; your statutory rights remain unaffected. How do I restore or manage my subscription?

Use “Restore Purchases” in Keepsday to restore an eligible App Store subscription. You can manage or cancel renewal in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Where are my memories stored?

Your saved memories and their details are stored locally on your device. Removing the app may remove local data that has not been backed up elsewhere.

How do I withdraw AI consent or delete my guest account?

Use Settings → AI image processing to withdraw consent. New creations will ask again; existing memories are unaffected and submitted tasks may continue. To delete the old account and its data, use Settings → Delete guest account and related data. Cloud media and the RevenueCat profile enter a cleanup queue that may be delayed or retried after failures. Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions or reset used free allowances.
