Keepsday Terms of Use

Keepsday is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service terms add product-specific details.

1. The service

Keepsday lets you submit a photo for AI-assisted creation of a digital fridge magnet and save memories locally on your device. AI output can vary, may not exactly reproduce the source photo, and may occasionally contain unexpected details.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. You grant Keepsday and the providers involved limited permission to host, transmit, and process the content to provide your requested service and necessary security and compliance processing. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content. Processing and retention of personal information are also subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit content or use Keepsday in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, harms others, attempts to bypass service limits, disrupts the service, or violates applicable AI-provider policies.

4. Monthly subscription

Keepsday offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription that includes up to 50 creations in each subscription period. Unused creations expire at the end of the period and do not carry over. The localized price and billing period shown by Apple before confirmation control your purchase.

How creations are counted

• A queued or processing task temporarily reserves one creation. One creation is counted when the server successfully generates and saves the result.
• A task confirmed as a generation failure by the server does not consume a creation, and its reservation is released. A network interruption or an unconfirmed result is not itself a generation failure; the task’s final status determines the outcome.
• Downloading the same generated result or retrying on-device image processing does not consume another creation. A new creation you initiate counts separately if it succeeds.
• Creations are not counted based on subjective satisfaction. Disliking a result, choosing not to save it, or deleting it does not automatically restore a consumed creation. Contact us about technical failures or counting errors. Your remedies and refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Payment is charged through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store payments are handled by Apple under its applicable policies, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law. Deleting Keepsday does not cancel an active subscription.

5. Local data

Saved memories are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping any separate backup you need. Removing the app, losing the device, or resetting local storage may remove content that is not otherwise backed up.

No sign-up does not mean no account: online creation and subscription verification use a system-created guest account. You can request deletion in Settings → Delete guest account and related data. See the Privacy Policy for the scope, external cleanup, and necessary retained information. Account and local-data deletion cannot be undone. Deleting a guest account, uninstalling the app, or withdrawing AI consent does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or refund used creations.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular AI result. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions can be sent to keepsday-support@orolumi.com.
